Drew Minner Bio

Mr. Minner has six years of experience in private equity and consulting. Mr. Minner is active in all aspects of the Firm’s activity with a focus on evaluation and selection of new opportunities, due diligence of transactions, and portfolio management. Mr. Minner played an integral role in the execution of Fund II's three platform investments, Overland Vehicle Systems, Seneca Resources, and Quality Environmental Services. Previously, Mr. Minner was with FTI Consulting’s Corporate Finance & Restructuring segment advising senior management and boards of directors in revitalizing companies facing financially distressed situations. He has also held key roles in restructuring transactions involving private equity-backed companies in the business services sector.
