Tyler Convery Bio

Tyler Convery joined Carolwood in 2020 as Director of Acquisitions and transitioned to Chief of Staff in 2025. In his current role, Tyler supports the firm’s co-founders, Adam Rubin and Andrew Shanfeld, in advancing strategic initiatives, optimizing internal operations, and facilitating firm-wide growth across Carolwood’s expanding real estate portfolio and broader investment platform. He plays a central role in cross-functional coordination, executive planning, and the execution of high-impact priorities as the firm scales.Tyler holds a B.A. in Public Policy and Real Estate Development from the University of Southern California.
