Prior to co-founding Carlin Capital Partners, Jason was a Vice President of Mergers & Acquisitions at Platinum Equity, a multi-billion dollar global private equity firm. At Platinum he evaluated, negotiated and structured acquisitions, divestitures, and related debt financings. Although predominantly operating out of the firm's global headquarters in Beverly Hills focused on acquisition opportunities across North America and Asia, Jason relocated for a period of time to Platinum's European headquarters in Paris to serve as a member of its dedicated European M&A team. Jason received a BS in Economics from the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania.
