Andrew Dunn Bio

Andrew brings over 35 years of experience in investing and investment structuring. At Deloitte he served as national tax leader, vice chair of the firm and chair of client cabinet. In 2012, he co-founded Altas Partners, where he was managing partner. Additionally, Andrew has decades of board experience and leadership, including Hatch, NSC Minerals, Right Health, Aquila Resources, Upper Canada College Foundation, Children's Aid Foundation of Canada, University of Waterloo and the Canadian Tax Foundation. He is currently Chair of the McMichael Canadian Art Foundation in addition to his board roles with our portfolio companies. Andrew is a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Ontario (FCPA, FCA) and received a Bachelor of Arts and Masters of Accounting (Tax) from the University of Waterloo, where he was Co-Valedictorian.
