Tyler Norkus Bio

Tyler Norkus is an Operating Principal focusing on M&A and add-on acquisitions across the portfolio. Previously, Tyler was a Director at Razorhorse Capital, a buyside advisory and origination firm focused on enterprise software and services where he worked on platform and tuck-in acquisition initiatives. Prior to joining Razorhorse, he was Vice President of Corporate Development at Ideanomics, a publicly traded holdings company, where he was focused on helping lead the firms M&A, corporate investment, and strategic partnership activity. In this role, he helped execute and deploy $1B of capital over 13 different transactions. Prior to that, he worked at IAC, a global investment firm with a large portfolio of consumer tech and internet media assets. Tyler started his career at Deutsche Bank, and as an Investment Banking Analyst at Arma Partners covering Software. Tyler received a BS in Mechanical Engineering at Florida State University, and a Masters degree in Mechanical Engineering from Boston University.
