Hari joined BGH Capital in 2019. Prior to joining BGH, she was General Counsel and Company Secretary for an ASX listed fund manager. Before that she spent eleven years in the Legal & Compliance team at UBS in Australia covering M&A, leveraged finance, debt and equity capital markets in the investment bank before becoming Head of Compliance for UBS Wealth Management Australia. Hari commenced her career as a lawyer in the Private Equity team at Herbert Smith Freehills. Hari is a Director of Navitas. She holds a Bachelor of Commerce and a Bachelor of Laws (Honours) from Monash University.
