Vibhu Manya Bio

Mr. Manya joined Bain Capital in 2021. He is an Operating Partner in the Portfolio Group and is a member of the Asian Pacific Private Equity team with specific responsibility for the India portfolio. Prior to joining Bain Capital, Mr. Manya was Sr. Vice President – head of enterprise mobility business and a member of the Management Committee for Mahindra Logistics, India’s largest 3rd party logistics company. Prior to this, he was an Associate Partner with McKinsey & Co. leading the Growth Restructuring and Transformation Services (RTS) in India. Mr. Manya has a B. Tech in Electrical Engineering from Indian Institute of Technology (IIT – Bombay) and an MBA from the Indian Institute of Management (IIM – Bangalore).
