Joseph Robbins Bio

Mr. Robbins joined Bain Capital in 2007. He is a Partner in the Industrial Vertical and a member of the North American Private Equity team. Mr. Robbins focuses on investments in the capital goods, industrial technology, industrial services, aerospace, transportation and energy sectors. He has also played a leading role in our recruiting and training efforts. Prior to joining Bain Capital, Mr. Robbins served in a variety of sales and operational management roles at Sentient Jet, a venture-backed provider of private aviation services. He was also a consultant at Boston Consulting Group, where he spent substantial time in the industrial and pharmaceutical industries. Mr. Robbins received an MBA from the Harvard Business School, where he was a Baker Scholar and Ford Scholar. He graduated magna cum laude with an AB in Social Studies from Harvard College.
