Tyler Biddix Bio

Tyler joined AVALT in 2017. His transaction experience includes AVALT’s investments in BFC Solutions, Solmetex, and Ned Stevens. Prior to joining AVALT, Tyler worked at Bain Capital, where he analyzed new investments and supported portfolio companies in the consumer, retail, and healthcare industries. His transaction experience includes Bain’s investments in Bob’s Discount Furniture and Virgin Cruises. Prior to joining Bain Capital, Tyler was a member of J.P. Morgan’s Consumer & Retail Investment Banking group in New York. Tyler received an MBA from Harvard Business School, where he graduated with high distinction as a Baker Scholar. He also received a BS in Commerce, with a concentration in Finance, from the University of Virginia, where he was captain of the varsity baseball team.
