Kate Cook Bio

Kate joined August Equity in 2015, and is a Partner in the team who focusses on new investments and portfolio. Before August Equity, Kate qualified as a Chartered Accountant at Deloitte where she worked for seven years, latterly in the Transaction Services team. Kate played a key role in the investments of Wax Digital, VetPartners, Amtivo, Dental Partners, Hallmarq, Charterhouse, Medivet and Orbis. Kate’s current board seats include Charterhouse, Hallmarq and Orbis, with previous Board experience including VetPartners, PCS, Origin, Amtivo & Berkeley Home Health. Kate has a BSc (Hons) in Mathematics from the University of Bristol.
