Bio

Peter is a Managing Director at Audax Private Debt, overseeing our unitranche and junior debt investment teams. He is responsible for originating and executing new investments and monitoring portfolio companies. Peter is also a member of our credit committee for originated investments. Prior to joining Audax in 2000, Peter was a Managing Director at Albion Alliance. He also previously worked as a Managing Director at Alliance Capital, Equitable Capital Management, and Equitable Life. Peter received an MBA in Finance from the Simon School of Business at the University of Rochester and a BA in Economics from Lafayette College.
