Sam Chaturvedi Bio

Sam is a Vice President & Assistant General Counsel at Audax Private Debt. Before joining Audax in 2024, Sam practiced in the finance group at Latham & Watkins LLP, where he focused on advising private credit funds and banks on financing transactions. He also previously worked with a major law firm in Mumbai with roles in the finance and mergers and acquisitions practice groups. Sam received a LLM from Columbia Law School and a B.A. LLB from Hidayatullah National Law University.
