Lauren Marolda Bio

Lauren joined Artemis in May 2021 to establish the firm’s Finance and Compliance departments. Her detail orientation and understanding of the regulatory environment are invaluable to the team. Her responsibilities include FP&A, SEC compliance, IT, and Investor Relations. Lauren joined Artemis from Covalent Partners LLC where she was consistently promoted: from Manager to Director of Finance and Operations and from there to CFO and CCO. In these roles, Lauren was responsible for the execution of the management company and fund financial operations, including audit and tax, the evaluation of internal processes, SEC compliance, and member of the Board of Directors. Her dedication to being an example for aspiring female leaders in the field of finance made Artemis, and the levers of ownership, an exciting opportunity. Lauren earned a Master of Science in Accounting and Bachelor of Science from Bentley University.
