Josh Kim Bio

Mr. Kim is a Vice President in the Ares Private Equity Group. Prior to joining Ares in 2024, Mr. Kim was a Senior Associate at Clearlake Capital, where he focused on private equity, credit and other investments across various sectors. Previously, Mr. Kim was an Associate at GI Partners, where he focused on investments in the software industry. In addition, Mr. Kim was an Analyst in the Technology Mergers and Acquisitions Group at Lazard. Mr. Kim holds a B.A. from Pomona College in Economics.
