Baptiste joined ARCHIMED in early 2018 to establish the firm’s fundraising and investor relations practice. In 2025, he was appointed Partner & Head of Investor Relations. Baptiste began his career in 2010 in the orthopedics sector in Cambridge, UK, before moving into transaction advisory with PriceWaterhouseCoopers in Paris. Baptiste then specialized in secondary transactions as a placement agent with Triago in New York, before returning to Paris to focus on fundraising for various European funds, including ARCHIMED, where he began advising on capital raising in 2015. As Head of Investor Relations, Baptiste oversees fundraising, investor relations, and co-investment activities with his team across Europe, North America, and Asian to deliver top-tier service to ARCHIMED’s investors. From 2023 to 2025, he was relocated to Singapore to establish ARCHIMED’s local office in the region.
