Salwa Makarem Bio

Salwa is a Principal in the Human Capital team. She is responsible for managing the delivery of core Human Capital services. Salwa has approximately 20 years of experience in human resources and compensation & benefits. Prior to joining Arcapita, she worked with PQS Associates, an HR consultancy and software designer firm. Salwa holds a certificate in human resources from Bahrain Training Institute and is a certified radiologic technologist from the American University of Beirut.
