Nele joined Apheon in 2023 as HR Director. Prior to Apheon, she held several HR positions covering different HR practices, with a specialization in compensation & benefits. She started her career at BNP Paribas Fortis, worked for Willis Towers Watson in Paris and most recently at KBC as Compensation and Benefits Manager. Nele received her Advanced Master’s Degree in Belgian and European Social Law from the Vrije Universiteit Brussel. She is fluent in Dutch, French and English and speaks conversational German.
