Prior to joining Anchorage in 2014, Callen was a senior partner at Minter Ellison where he advised many of Australia's leading private equity firms on their investments in the region. Callen holds a Bachelor of Commerce and a Bachelor of Laws from the University of NSW and has been admitted to practice law in Australia, England and New York.
