Inc. from 1998 through 2000, where he worked on merger and acquisition and capital raising transactions primarily in the industrial sector. Served in the Investment Banking Department at Wedbush Morgan Securities. Mr. Cusumano graduated from the University of Notre Dame, where he received a Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance with honors. He is a CFA charterholder.
