Nathalie Van Den Haute Bio

Nathalie Van Den Haute graduated as a Commercial Engineer (VUB, Solvay Business School). After finalizing a Master in Financial Management at Vlerick Business School in 2005, she started working at the corporate finance department of KBC Securities. Throughout her 17 years at KBC Securities Nathalie was involved in various Equity Capital Market (ECM), M&A and financial advisory transactions. As of 2019, Nathalie was responsible for the ECM activity within the corporate finance team as Head of ECM. Nathalie worked on mandates in a variety of sectors, but her heart did always beat a little bit faster when it were deals in the life sciences sector. She represented KBC Securities also on the board of Flanders.bio from 2016 to end 2022.
