Barbara Gould Bio

Barbara Gould is the General Counsel and CCO of A&M Capital. Previously, Ms. Gould was the General Counsel of multiple leveraged finance platforms within GE Capital, including GE Capital Lending, GE Sponsor Finance, and GE Equity. From 1993- 2016, she held a series of legal positions within GE Capital. Ms. Gould has 30+ years of corporate finance, private equity, and securities law experience. Ms. Gould began her career in NYC at Shearman & Sterling, a global corporate law firm, where she focused on workouts, restructurings, and complex commercial and securities litigation. She holds a BA in Political Science from Colgate University, and a JD from St. John’s University School of law. She is admitted to practice law in New York and is an Authorized House Counsel in Connecticut.
