Laura Morrill Bio

Laura joined Agathos in 2023 as a Director in the Investment team, where she will be focusing on identifying and investing in exciting growth businesses, and supporting their management teams to deliver and accelerate their growth. What Laura enjoys most about her role is building collaborative relationships and working with different stakeholders across the lifecycle of the investment to achieve the best results for shareholders, whilst making the journey as enjoyable as possible for all involved. With over 10 years’ experience in investing and advising, Laura previously spent six years with ECI Partners LLP, partnering with growth-oriented services and software businesses across several sectors including healthcare, tech for good and business services, whilst also leading ECI’s Healthcare and Life Sciences origination efforts. Before ECI, she was at PwC for five years in Corporate Finance, advising privately owned and PE-backed businesses whilst also completing her CFA. Laura was a founding member of ECI’s ESG Committee in 2019 and has been active in supporting ECI and its companies on their ESG goals, especially around DEI, an area in which she’s passionate about influencing change.
