Mpho Mutloane Bio

Mpho joined AIIM as an Investment Manager in 2022 focusing on the IDEAS fund. Mpho is responsible for analysing new investment opportunities, structuring of transactions as well as the execution, realisation and performance monitoring of investments. Prior to joining AIIM, Mpho worked as an Investment Executive at Metier Private Equity managing their Sustainable Capital PE Fund which is a pan-African renewable energy, waste and water infrastructure fund. Mpho also worked at Fieldstone which focused on African infrastructure advisory. Mpho served his articles at FirstRand on the CA training programme which included rotations across various areas of the corporate and investment bank. Mpho holds a Bachelor of Business Science Honours degree and a Post-Graduate Diploma in Accounting from the University of Cape Town. Mpho qualified as a Chartered Accountant in 2016.
