Rachel Kumar Bio

Rachel is Controller and Vice President of Fund Administration on AEA’s Finance and Accounting team. In her role, she is responsible for all aspects of fund administration for the Private Equity Funds including financial reporting, audit, taxation, investor communications and reporting, and the investor database. Prior to joining AEA, Rachel was vice president of finance and accounting at Littlejohn & Co. LLC and held similar role at Cerberus Capital Management. She is also a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales (ICAEW). Rachel earned a B.A. in economics and a M.A. from Trinity College, Cambridge University, where she graduated with honors.
