Marcelo Penna Bio

Marcelo Penna joined Advent in 2020. From 2009 to 2020, Marcelo worked in Vinci Partners, where as a partner of the firm he focused on private equity investments in retail, business services and TMT industries, seating on the Board of Directors of Burger King do Brasil, Grupo CBO, Vero Internet and other portfolio companies. Prior to Vinci Partners, Marcelo worked in UBS Pactual Legal Department as the lawyer responsible for structuring and negotiating private equity and capital market deals. Marcelo Penna holds a Law degree from Universidade do Estado do Rio de Janeiro and earned an MBA from Columbia Business School.
