Jarlyth Hancock Gibson Bio

Jarlyth Hancock Gibson joined Advent in 2000 and has over 25 years of experience in various areas of the investment management business. She leads Advent’s ESG team and is responsible for helping oversee the firm's integration of ESG matters throughout Advent’s investment process, including collaborating with portfolio companies and reporting to investors. Before joining Advent, Jarlyth worked for The Boston Company in the Mellon Private Asset Management – Endowments & Foundations group and for H.C. Wainwright, a Boston based investment banking boutique. Jarlyth received a BS in Accounting from Salem State University.
