Natalie Moretz Bio

Natalie Moretz is an affordable housing finance professional. She is currently SVP, Investor Relations at Advantage Capital, where she is responsible for originating investor tax credit equity for the company’s Low Income Housing Tax Credit (LIHTC) funds. Prior to joining Advantage Capital, Natalie held progressively senior roles at Berkadia Commercial Mortgage, AllianceBernstein, and Citigroup Global Markets. In addition to her role at Advantage Capital, Natalie serves on the Board of Directors and Investment & Finance Committee of the Women's Fund of Central Ohio. She has held board positions at a variety of organizations advocating for equality for women & girls and the LGBTQ community. Natalie holds an MPA from the University of Washington. She also holds a BA from the University of Iowa, where she was a NCAA Division I medalist in women’s rowing.
