Josh Wilcox Bio

Josh brings a diverse background in M&A, corporate finance, and business operations across various industries. Prior to 3P, Josh was the CFO of a legal technology company, served as an M&A technology investment banker at Morgan Stanley and Lazard, and was a consultant in the Strategy & Operations practice at Deloitte Consulting. Josh holds an MBA from UC Berkeley and a B.A. in Finance from the University of Washington. He is also a Chartered Financial Analyst charterholder.
