Crescent's mezzanine practice typically provides junior capital to support buyouts, recapitalizations, and refinancings. Crescent Capital was formed in 1991 and was originally known as TCW/Crescent Mezzanine. The Firm has offices in Los Angeles, Boston, New York, and London.
