Citi Infrastructure Investors (CII) is the infrastructure investment arm of Citi Capital Advisors, Citigroup's alternative investment unit. CII looks for opportunities around the world, with a special interest in assets found in OECD countries. CII primarily looks for opportunities in transportation and utilities. CII was formed in 2007 and has offices in New York, London and Sydney. As of 2012, the CII is no longer making new investments.
