Tom Davidson is a Partner in the Strategic Advisory Group at PJT Partners, based in New York, focusing on clients in the Life Sciences sector. Prior to joining PJT Partners, Mr. Davidson worked for 22 years as an Investment Banker at both Merrill Lynch and Credit Suisse. He began his career at McKinsey & Company in 1993. From 2009 to 2010 Mr. Davidson was Co-Head of Americas Health Care Investment Banking at Credit Suisse and from 2010 to 2014 he was Global Co-Head and Member of the Global Investment Banking Operating Committee. In 2014, Mr. Davidson was named Vice Chairman of Global Investment Banking and to the Investment Banking Advisory Council. Mr. Davidson works extensively with biotechnology and pharmaceutical companies across the market cap spectrum. Mr. Davidson received a BA in Economics summa cum laude from Yale, where he was elected to Phi Beta Kappa, and an MBA from the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania.
