Bio

Mr. Stowell has over 30 years of experience in mergers and acquisitions, merchant banking, and private placements of debt and equity capital. Mr. Stowell was the founder and President of The First Texas Merchant Banking Group, which originated and funded nearly $300 million in mezzanine, equity, and senior bridge loans for corporate acquisitions and growth. He was also a Managing Director with L. F. Rothschild & Co., Inc., a founding partner in Dataquest, Inc., and a consultant with Booz-Allen & Hamilton, Inc. Mr. Stowell has an MBA from Stanford University, an MPA in Public and International Affairs from the University of Pittsburgh and a BA from Trinity College.
