Zulfiya Bryatkova is a Director in the Moscow office of goetzpartners. Since beginning her corporate finance career in 2004, Zulfiya has focused on M&A and debt advisory services in the oil & gas, mining, automotive and infrastructure industries. She helped many Russian and international clients in complex M&A transactions including first transactions on the Russian automotive market in which a European automotive supplier has purchased local suppliers outright. Before joining goetzpartners in 2009, Zulfiya worked in an investment banking company Asset Capital Partners. Zulfiya holds a degree in Finance from the Moscow Financial University and in Computational Linguistics from the Saint-Petersburg State University.
