Hugues joined GCA Altium in December 2018 with over 20 years of experience in investment banking and M&A. Previously, Hugues founded The Bridge Corporate Finance, an M&A advisory firm which primarily advised on cross-border transactions in the automotive aftermarket. Prior to that, he co-led the development of goetzpartners to a recognized mid-market player in France. Hugues also worked for Pall Mall Capital and SEB Enskilda in London and started his career at BNP Paribas in Paris and Hong Kong. Hugues has completed over 40 corporate finance transactions in a variety of sectors with a particular emphasis on the Media, Technology and Automotive sectors. Hugues holds an MSc. Finance (EM Lyon, France) and is a graduate in Business Administration (FH Reutlingen, Germany, and NEOMA Business School, France).
