Mac joined Vector as a Managing Director and Head of Marketing and Investor Relations in 2021. He is primarily responsible for marketing and investor relations of Vector Capital's private equity strategies. For over 30 years, Mac has advised institutional investors on a variety of investment strategies and opportunities. Since 2001, Mac has advised over 80 private equity funds on raising $40B+ of committed capital for some of the leading and top performing private equity firms in the industry, including Vector Capital. Prior to joining Vector, Mac served as Managing Director at GCA Advisors for 7 years where he founded and led its Private Funds Group. Prior to GCA, Mac was a founding team member and Partner at Probitas Partners for nearly 12 years. Mac graduated from the University of California, Los Angeles, with a B.A. in Political Science.
