Bruce Carver Jackson is Chairman, Chief Executive Officer, and Founder of Carver Cross Securities Corp. He has broad experience in advisory and principal activities relating to U.S. and cross-border mergers, acquisitions, and corporate sales; private placements of equity and debt securities; and joint ventures. He has assisted dozens of corporations and investors, both institutional and individual, from around the world, and has completed transactions valued at more than $4 billion. Mr. Jackson has more than 30 years of Wall Street experience. His previous professional affiliation was Brown Brothers Harriman & Co. He began his career as executive assistant to Robert V. Roosa, former Under-Secretary of the U.S. Treasury for Monetary Affairs. Jackson is a Registered Representative and a General Securities Principal. He has served as a Director of several companies and is a Co-Founder and former Director and Treasurer of The Princeton Entrepreneurs’ Network, Inc. He speaks German, has lived overseas, and has traveled widely throughout Europe and Asia. Jackson was educated at Princeton University (A.B.), Johns Hopkins University’s Paul Nitze School of Advanced International Studies (M.A.), and New York University’s Stern Graduate School of Business Administration (Advanced Professional’s Certificate in Corporate Finance).
