Zach Kau joined Cain Brothers (KeyBanc Capital Markets) in 2014. Mr.Kau is the Co-Head of Cain Brother’s Healthcare Public Finance Group and the Head of Higher Education Public Finance for KeyBanc Capital Markets. Mr. Kau has over 15 years of experience and works primarily with not-for-profit hospitals on a range of debt financing options including private placements, negotiated bond financings, derivatives, and FHA-insured financings. Some of Mr. Kau’s recent notable transactions include debt financings for El Centro Regional Medical Center, Methodist Hospital of Southern California, Lawrence General Hospital, NorthBay Healthcare System, Ridgecrest Regional Hospital, LRGHealthcare, Richmond University Medical Center, and St. Lawrence Health System. Prior to joining KeyBanc Capital Markets in 2014, Mr. Kau was with Bank of America Merrill Lynch for 14 years. Mr. Kau graduated from the University of Washington with a Bachelor’s degree in Finance.
