Agio seeks to commit $1 to $5 million of capital in transactions that include management buyouts, add-on acquisitions, corporate divestitures, family buyouts and recapitalizations. Agio will not invest in high-tech, financial, real estate, or retail operations. Agio also does not target early-stage companies or businesses that require restructuring. Agio Capital Partners was formed in 1996 and is based in Edina, Minnesota.
