Ron Vered Bio

Ron is a leading expert in Israel in the fields of project finance and infrastructure and PPP projects, focusing on the entire lifecycle of project finance transactions, from term sheets to successful financial closure, with extensive experience advising lenders, borrowers, investment funds and financial institutions. His expertise also guides joint ventures, as well as legal and business aspects of mergers & acquisitions, commercial law and corporate law. Ron applies his in-depth experience to a wide range of fields: energy, transportation, construction, water desalination and other infrastructure projects. Prior to joining the firm, Ron was a teaching assistant to Professor Yuval Shani, a staff member of Hamishpat Law Review, and served as Executive Editor of the “Shamgar Book” in association with the Supreme Court and the Israel Bar Association.
