Alden English Bio

Alden practices in the areas of corporate formation and governance, mergers and acquisitions, bank and private equity finance, and real estate transactions. He represents companies and individuals in a variety of transactions, including contract negotiations, real estate development and leasing, private equity investments, and historic tax credit financing. Alden earned both his law degree and bachelor's degree from the University of Virginia. Alden is recognized by Virginia Business magazine as a "Legal Elite" and is listed among the Best Lawyers in America for Real Estate Law. He was ranked a "Rising Star" by Virginia Super Lawyers.
