Gregg P. Barnard is the Managing Shareholder of Woodburn and Wedge and has extensive experience in the areas of business and corporate law, mergers and acquisitions, corporate finance, structured finance, entity selection and formation, real estate law, including acquisitions, residential and commercial development, and commercial leasing transactions. Mr. Barnard represents a broad range of clients both nationally and internationally, as well as local businesses, real estate developers, land owners and start-up operations. Mr. Barnard represents numerous privately held and publicly traded entities in connection with various corporate, acquisition, governance and financing related matters. Mr. Barnard also provides representation to various real estate acquisition and development entities, including Lennar Corporation, in connection with various real estate acquisitions and development issues.
