Lauren Lichtblau is a partner in the Palo Alto office of Wilson Sonsini Goodrich & Rosati where she practices corporate and securities law. Lauren represents companies at all stages of their life cycle, from start-ups to mature public companies, as well as venture capital firms and other institutional investors. She has a broad range of experience working with private and public companies on general corporate and transactional matters, including public offerings and venture capital financings. She regularly advises public companies on corporate governance, SEC compliance, and disclosure matters.
