Neeta Sahadev Bio

Neeta Sahadev is an M&A partner based in our Silicon Valley office. She represents domestic and international clients in a wide range of transactions, including strategic acquisitions, cross-border transactions, SPACs, joint ventures, partnerships and private investments, in a broad range of industries, including technology, gaming, aviation, consumer goods and retail, cybersecurity, e-commerce, fintech, and fast-moving consumer goods. Prior to joining White & Case, Neeta practiced as an M&A attorney in the Toronto office of a global law firm. Neeta has also been serving as a Board Member for the South Asian Bar Association of Northern California since 2021.
