Jan Jensen Bio

Jan is a partner in White & Case's Global M&A Group and the Firm's EMEA Private Equity Group. In a career spanning more than 30 years, Jan has led numerous complex cross border M&A transactions, including takeover offers, divestments and carve-outs, across multiple sectors and industries such as healthcare, technology, financials, energy, industrial, transportation, consumer and communication services. With a background in investment banking, Jan is a trusted advisor to some of the leading international private equity firms, corporates and financial institutions and has been ranked as a leading M&A and private equity lawyer by Chambers, Legal 500 and others for almost 20 years. Jan is also the Executive Partner of the Firm's Dubai office and the former Nordic Head of Private Equity, and was the Executive Partner of White & Case's Stockholm office between 2018-2024.
