Dr. Stefan Bressler Bio

Stefan is a partner in our Corporate Practice. He advises on public and private M&A transactions and corporate re-organisations as well as on restructuring matters and other transactions in crisis situations, in particular in regulated industry sectors. During the past years Stefan has advised on numerous matters in the private and public bank and financial services sector and also gained significant experience with transactions within the aviation and shipping industry. Before joining White & Case, Stefan practiced at another leading international law firm, both in its Frankfurt and Hamburg offices. In 2015, he was seconded to the corporate/M&A team of a global bank in New York.
