Jan Ole Eichstädt is a partner in our Global Mergers & Acquisitions practice with a focus on Private Equity matters. His practice includes private and public transactions, growth investments and joint ventures. Jan Ole has broad transaction experience, including complex German and cross-border deals. Prior to joining White & Case, Jan Ole worked for major international law firms in Frankfurt, London, New York and Munich. In 2018, Jan Ole was seconded to London-based private equity investor Novalpina Capital.
