Alicia Bali Bio

Alicia Bali is a partner of our Global Financial Restructuring and Insolvency Practice at White & Case. With more than 10 years of experience, Alicia is recognized over the French restructuring market and has experience in representing clients in private equity and restructuring transactions in all industries. She advises creditors, debtors and investors on domestic and cross-border complex restructuring matter whether in distressed M&A context or pure insolvency proceedings. Alicia has recently advised on a significant number of major French restructuring matters amongst which the debt restructuring of Casino, Solocal Group, Emeis (ex Orpea), Rallye, Europcar Mobility Group, Europacorp, Club Med Gym, Via Location group*, Boscolo* and Vivarte*. She has also advised on several M&A and Private Equity transactions including the investment of Oaktree Capital Partner in Paris Inn and the investment of Metric Capital Partners in GPS. Alicia joined the Firm in December 2018 from an international law firm in Paris. She is deeply engaged in the professional network of her field. She is a member of the Woman In Restructuring (WIR) and the Association pour le Retournement des Entreprises (ARE). She is also engaged at European level as a member of INSOL Europe.
