Clive Bramley Bio

Clive Bramley is a commercial lawyer with over twenty years of experience, acting in private practice and in-house, working on commercial agreements and transactions. Clive is a specialist in eCommerce and money having led legal counsel for both WorldPay Limited and RBS Streamline. Clive has an in-depth knowledge of both the commercial arrangements required for such businesses to succeed and the regulatory and card scheme framework in which they operate within the world of payments and electronic money issuing. Clive recently supported our Corporate Team, providing expert financial services advice during embedded finance specialist Weavr’s acquisition of Comma Payments. Some of Clive’s other recent work has involved providing niche support for the electric vehicle sector, including advising EAV Solutions and Green.TV Limited.
