Stephan Lochner advises in the Corporate Mergers & Acquisitions, Capital Markets and Mining & Resources practice areas. He specialises in general mergers and acquisitions, mining transactions, cross-border transactions, listings/flotations and black economic empowerment transactions. A Director since 2011, Stephan holds a BCom (Law) and an LLB from Stellenbosch University and Universiteit Leiden in The Netherlands.
