Orel Bar Dayan Bio

Advocate Orel Bar Dayan is a partner in the Real Estate Department at Weksler Bregman & Co. Orel joined the firm in 2011 after having interned and worked as an associate lawyer at one of Israel’s largest law firms. Orel is involved in all aspects of real estate and has particular expertise and interest in the commercial real estate sector, including construction financing agreements, residential real estate projects, the development of industrial real estate, construction and infrastructure projects, commercial centers, large-scale residential zones and shopping centers. Adv. Bar Dayan represents some of Israel’s leading banks in highly complex transactions, as well as one of the country’s largest and most dynamic real estate groups, which is involved in land development, construction and commerce. Orel also provides support to various high-tech companies on the real estate aspects of their operations.
